Extra Warranty: Paid refurbishment and repair services available for 2 years from the date of purchase, only for diamond engagement rings.

Delivery Policy

The delivery time is 3–5 business days for orders placed on business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays excluded). Parcels will be delivered by the DPD courier service. Jewelry is shipped in secure packaging to prevent damage in transit. Delivery is free throughout Romania.

Warranty Policy

Jewelry purchased from us benefits from a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for consumers and 1 year for legal entities. Our warranty policy includes: Repair or replacement of fallen stones: in the event of stones becoming loose or falling out, EKO JEWELRY SRL will replace them free of charge within 15 days, provided the defect is not attributable to the buyer. Inspection and tightening of stone settings. Professional cleaning. Free shipping for the return of repaired jewelry.

Exclusions from the warranty: Damage caused to the jewelry due to failure to follow the instructions in the Warranty Certificate. Damage resulting from accidents, negligence, improper use, or other factors unrelated to material or workmanship defects.

Steps to obtain warranty service: Check the Warranty Certificate to ensure all instructions are followed. Contact our customer support team to initiate the stone replacement process. Send the jewelry together with the warranty certificate and a description of the issue to the address indicated by our support team. Our experts will evaluate the jewelry and, if the defect is covered by the warranty, we will replace the stones and return the jewelry within 15 days.

Return Policy

Under applicable law and to ensure customer satisfaction, you have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days of delivery, without being required to justify your decision. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The product must be in its original condition, without signs of use or damage, and in the original packaging, with all accessories and accompanying documents (warranty certificate, invoice).

Return steps: Contact our customer support team at +40 758 990 999 to notify your intention to return the product and to receive detailed instructions and the return address. Pack the product properly to avoid damage during transport. Send the product via a fast courier service with door-to-door delivery.

Refund of the amount paid: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days via the same payment method used for the purchase. The refunded amount does not include shipping costs (for shipments outside the country).
