Refund policy
Under applicable law and to ensure our customers’ satisfaction, you have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from delivery, without needing to justify your decision.
Return conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, damage, or wear.
- The original packaging, together with all accessories, tags, the warranty certificate, and the invoice, must be returned with the product.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Return steps:
- Contact our customer support team at +40 758 990 999 to inform us of your intention to return and to receive detailed instructions and the return address.
- Pack the product properly to prevent any damage during transport.
- Ship the parcel via a fast courier service with door-to-door delivery.
Refund of the amount paid:
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used at purchase.
- The refunded amount does not include shipping costs (particularly for international deliveries).
Return procedure via customer account (Self Return)
For online orders, you can initiate a return request directly from your customer account:
- Log in to your account and open the relevant order.
- Select the product and the reason for the return, then submit the request.
- After review, you will receive a return approval notification (this is not the same as a refund).
- Send the product to the indicated address. After receipt and inspection:
- If the product is in the condition in which it was delivered, we will approve the refund of the amount paid.
- If the product shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
